Due to the nature of our merchandise,
we must enforce a strict return policy on all purchases.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. This number can be obtained by calling 1.877.862.1150 or by faxing 513.542.0093.


Merchandise returned without a RMA# will be refused.


No returns after 7 days from invoice date.


All merchandise must be returned in good condition and in the original packaging.


All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.


RMA# must appear on shipping label.



  • after 7 days from invoice date
  • cut fabric and trims
  • tights, leotards, briefs or other dance bodywear
  • wigs, make up or prosthetics
  • "Made-to-Order" or "Special Order" items
  • items that appear to be used or worn

Back Orders

Please review your packing ticket when you receive your order. We do not contact customers regarding any item on back order. Back ordered items WILL BE SHIPPED if received from the manufacturer before your "date needed" as specified in the Special Instructions field above. If items are not received by that date, they will be CANCELLED unless you notify our office and request a later date.

Errors or Shortages

We strive to process quickly and accurately, however ERRORS do occur. Please notify our office of any errors or shortages within 5 business days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for errors or shortages after 15 days of invoice date.
